Unity Way ABA Behavior Consultants LLC provides behavior therapy services, including but not limited to:

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy

  • Parent coaching

  • School consultations

  • Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)

  • Other related behavioral support services

Eligibility for services may require documentation (e.g., diagnosis, referral) and is subject to insurance approval and availability.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients and caregivers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Participate in the treatment process as outlined

  • Treat staff with respect and professionalism

  • Notify us of cancellations in a timely manner per our cancellation policy

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

We follow all applicable laws and regulations under HIPAA. All client information is kept confidential unless written consent is provided or disclosure is required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and downloads, is the property of Unity Way ABA Behavior Consultants LLC and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

6. Payment & Insurance

Payment responsibilities will be outlined prior to the start of services. Clients are responsible for:

  • Any co-pays or deductibles not covered by insurance

  • Ensuring active insurance coverage

  • Notifying us of any insurance or billing changes

7. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We require advance notice for cancellations (minimum 24 hours when possible). Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in service suspension or fees, as outlined in your service agreement.

While we are committed to high-quality, evidence-based care, outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific results.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
